ER-BAR is back in service! On (09/10), our successfully completed the C-Check and Landing Gear Change for Global Service Solution’s Boeing 747-200, ER-BAR.

Behind this milestone was a challenging journey for our . Working on an aging aircraft with various technical findings, the team tackled complex troubleshooting, including a long-standing fuel calibration issue that had remained unresolved for years.

The appreciation from Global Service Solution reflects the dedication and professionalism demonstrated throughout the project, while the successful collaboration further reinforces GMF commitment to continuously improving our capabilities and delivering reliable maintenance solutions for our customers.

Through technical expertise, persistence, and strong teamwork, our successfully found the way forward.

Thank you Global Service Solution for the trust and support throughout this journey. We’re honored to have contributed to ER-BAR’s return to service and look forward to achieving more milestones together.

From the Sky to the Ground, and now to the Sea.

PT Garuda Maintenance Facility Aero Asia Tbk (GMF) continues to expand its Industrial Solutions capabilities beyond aviation, delivering maintenance and technical solutions to meet the needs of various industries.

As part of this commitment, GMF has successfully completed a Mobile PELNI Branding Sticker Installation Project on KM Lawit, carried out at Cirebon Port.

For this project, GMF delivered end-to-end services covering sticker fabrication, installation, and final inspection. The installation was completed in three days, followed by one day of final inspection, with the project supported by GMF’s experienced team in specialized sticker installation across aviation and industrial applications.

To meet the operational demands of the maritime environment, GMF applied marine-grade sticker materials designed to withstand challenging environmental conditions. A clear coat was also applied during the final stage to provide additional protection and enhance the branding’s durability, reliability, and longevity.

The project reflects how GMF continues to bring its expertise and standards into new environments. When we say Industrial Solutions, we mean solutions for every industry, whether it is in the sky, on the ground, or now, at sea.

Through the PELNI x GMF collaboration, we aim to deliver solutions that not only enhance visual branding, but also support reliability and operational excellence.

August Was All About Keeping Journeys Moving. ✈️

From supporting the A-1319 military aircraft, to bringing PK-GTI back for passenger operations, and now, we’re keeping cargo moving too.

On (25/08), Boeing 747-400 ER-BAM of AeroTransCargo (ATC) returned to service after completing its C04 Check and additional scheduled maintenance at GMF.

Behind its return were our , working across production, engineering, quality, and supporting teams to deliver a comprehensive scope of work, from engine and landing gear replacement to livery painting.

There was also a special milestone along the way. ER-BAM is the first aircraft in the AIR ONE fleet to wear its new livery.

Every detail required technical expertise, precision, and close collaboration to ensure the aircraft was completed safely and within the agreed timeline.

Thank you to AIR ONE and AeroTransCargo (ATC) for the trust and collaboration throughout this project. We’re proud to be part of ER-BAM’s journey back to the skies.

One more giant back in the skies. ✈️

There’s something special about seeing a Boeing 747-400F return to operation. Built to carry cargo across borders, every flight keeps goods, businesses, and people connected around the world.

In August, G-UNET of One Air returned to service after completing its C Check and D Check at GMF under CAA UK approval.

Behind its return were our , working across production and engineering to carry out everything from engine replacement to structural work, with every detail handled with precision and strong teamwork.

And the best part? The project was completed ahead of schedule, earning positive feedback from the One Air team for our responsiveness, technical support, and collaboration.

Back in the Skies, PK-GTI Becomes the 23rd Citilink Aircraft Successfully Reactivated by GMF✈️

There are GMF behind the return of Citilink Indonesia’s Airbus A320neo PK-GTI to the skies.

After being out of service for an extended period, PK-GTI underwent a comprehensive maintenance program, including a C02 Check, 6-Year Check, A Check, and Return to Operation Procedure (RTOP).

From qualified personnel, materials, and equipment to technical data, every aspect was carefully prepared to ensure the aircraft could return to service as scheduled.

As an integrated MRO provider, GMF remains committed to supporting the operational readiness of national airlines’ fleets, including Citilink Indonesia, connecting journeys, and ensuring that passengers continue to fly safely.

Kembali Mengudara, PK-GTI Menjadi Pesawat Citilink ke-23 yang Direaktivasi oleh GMF ✈️

Tentunya, ada GMF di balik kembalinya Airbus A320neo PK-GTI milik Citilink Indonesia ke langit.

Di momen kemerdekaan, satu lagi karya anak bangsa hadir untuk mendukung kedaulatan negara.

GMF bersama Kementerian Pertahanan Republik Indonesia menyelesaikan modernisasi pesawat C-130H Hercules A-1319 untuk mendukung kesiapan operasional TNI Angkatan Udara.

Melalui Center Wing Box Replacement (CWBR), Avionic Upgrade Program (AUP), dan Structural Integrity Program (SIP), A-1319 menjalani pembaruan struktur dan sistem avionik untuk memperpanjang usia operasional sekaligus meningkatkan keandalan dan kesiapan pesawat dalam menjalankan berbagai misi.

Di balik setiap prosesnya, ada dedikasi GMF yang bekerja dengan presisi, kompetensi, dan semangat untuk menghadirkan kemampuan pemeliharaan dan modernisasi pesawat militer di dalam negeri.
