Artic driver required for set Ireland - UK runs

2 trips first week .
3 trips second week .

Overnight Groupage work using double deck curtain siders .

Totally legit tacho hours .

20 days holidays , 5 days paid for sick leave , bank holidays paid extra , workwear & PPE supplied .

Fresh truck that’s Your own ( no sharing with other drivers) .

Airport Security training & Garda vetting required .

Over 25 with experience for Insurance reasons ( under 25 will be considered if showing potential) .

Applicant must have valid Irish PPS
and be fluent in written & spoken english

Full CE licence required , free of penalty points .

CPC must be up to date and valid manual handling cert

References required .

Truck will be based in Ballycoolin , North Dublin, so may suit someone from that area or someone willing to commute to Ballycoolin .

Remuneration will be discussed with applicants but will be €40k -€45k per yer , plus subsistence , plus expenses .

Artic Driver position available

Noons Transport are looking for an experienced artic driver for the following work
Bulk tipper , walking floors , Curtainsider , Low-loader , Fridge’s , Bulk feed blowers .

Most of our work is based in Ireland with some UK trips also available , yard & trucks are located between Jct-14 & Jct-15 off the M7 motorway in Co Laois , the ideal candidate would have some experience in the above work types and be confident in their ability to operate on their own initiative . Outbasing of truck unfortunately not suitable due to current work trends .

Wages for the above position will be agreed at interview stage , but will range from €650+ to €850+ take home ( depending on hours & work done) for Mon-Fri & legit tacho hours , some nights out may occasionally be required (& paid for additionally)
It won’t be a new shiny S770 Scania but a well maintained truck that will be Your own vehicle and the successful candidate wil be expected to take care of the same unit and treat it as their own .
Lights pipes & durabrights will be fitted if Your planning on staying long enough to make the truck pay for them
As a driver You will be working as part of a team that help each other out so a team player attitude is a must , also You won’t be asked to do something the boss won’t do …….but don’t let that fool Ye 🤠🤠

Because of our contracts , a variety of work will possibly be required of each driver weekly .It’s a genuine job opportunity for genuine candidate , but it is a driving job and won’t be a 9.00- 5.00 one , We expect You to utilize Your hours to their full potential and push on , not stopping for coffee & donuts at every second service 🤠

Candidates must have the following
Full current artic licence
Current drivers card
Up to date drivers qualification card ( & modules complete as per yearly requirements)
No more than 6 penalty points
Airport security clearance (desirable but not necessary)
Safe pass & Manual handling
Reference from previous employer
