We were delighted to welcome one of the pre-FAM Meitheal groups to Killarney today ☘️

Their day began with a delicious lunch at The Tanyard Restaurant before joining us for a relaxed and memorable journey through Killarney National Park — taking in the lakes, mountains and all the beauty of Ireland’s living landscape 🌿

With the sun shining, the group enjoyed a leisurely jaunt through the park to Ross Castle, with our jarveys chatting along the way and sharing stories about the park’s rich history. After capturing that perfect Instagram moment 📸 and a stroll around the castle grounds, they were greeted by our local seanchaí who brought the magic of Tír na nÓg to life through Irish myths and legends.

Days like this are what it’s all about — sharing stories, creating memories, and showcasing the very best of Killarney 💚

Meet the next generation of Killarney Jaunting Cars 🐴

On their days off, our horses are taken to our spacious farmlands outside Killarney, where they can roam freely, socialise with other horses and enjoy the freedom of open pastures 🌿🌳🚜🌽

These pastures are also home to our younger horses who are not yet ready for work as well as our older retired horses.
