I’d like to take this opportunity this morning to thank you all for the lovely texts & messages & calls of good wishes for Gerry they were all appreciated much more than you’ll ever know .

Hi Everybody,

Gerry asked me to say a huge thank you to you all for all the kind wishes over the past few days it is greatly appreciated.

He know a lot of the little people were worried about him so he wants you all to know he is home from hospital now and is recovering at home.

To the lovely boys & girls who are finished on the bus this year he is sorry he didn’t get to say goodbye , he wishes you all the very best of luck in your new schools in September.

And finally Gerry, Mick, Pauline, Mick Mac and Fran wish you all a lovely Summer break and they will see you all again the end of August please God .

Hi Everyone,

We as a family cannot begin to express our gratitude to each end everyone who messaged, text or rang us since yesterday, your outpouring of support and care will long outlast the way we feel tonight .

Gerry is recovering really well the Doctor is fascinated at how well he is doing and today’s test showed there is minimum damage to his heart thank God .

The ambulance crew called in to see him today and couldn’t believe how well he looks , they asked if he remembered the drive and he told them he did and they said you were touch & go at one point so they just wanted to see for themselves just how well he was doing !

So from the main man himself wanted me to express his gratitude to you all for all the lovely messages you all wrote,the prayers said the candles that were lit he is overwhelmed at your kindness and hopefully he will be back behind the wheel before too long .

So from myself Niamh & Eoin we thank you all from the bottom of our hearts ###x

Hi Everyone,

I know some of you will have heard various versions of this news , so just to let you all know our wonderful Gerry unfortunately suffered a serious heart attack this morning and he was rushed to hospital where he is now recovering after having a stint put in .

Thanks for all the kind texts and calls I’ve received each and everyone of them I’ve passed onto Gerry , apologies to the messages I’ve not yet responded to as you can imagine it’s been a day from hell .

Thankfully we have a great team with Mick, Pauline, Mick & Fran who will look after you all till the end of the week and Gerry wishes you all a fantastic Summer break.

Gerry is resting now so if you need anything can you text Mick Nolan or myself on 087 1184188 .
