📍 Join the team at Hendrick European

We are looking for a motivated and organised person to join our busy Maintenance & Compliance Department.

This is a varied, hands-on role suited to someone who can work on their own initiative, communicate well with drivers and subcontractors, and stay on top of compliance and administration in a fast-paced transport environment.

✅ 𝗠𝗮𝗶𝗻 𝗗𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝗜𝗻𝗰𝗹𝘂𝗱𝗲:
• Driver inductions & training
• Managing maintenance records & compliance paperwork
• Scheduling inspections, services & repairs
• Monitoring driver defect reports
• Subcontractor inductions & compliance checks
• Assisting with health & safety procedures
• Keeping fleet records updated
• Liaising with workshop staff, drivers & management
• Supporting day-to-day transport compliance

✅ 𝗜𝗱𝗲𝗮𝗹 𝗖𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗲:
• Experience in transport, logistics, workshop admin or compliance preferred
• Strong communication & organisational skills
• Good computer skills & attention to detail
• Ability to prioritise workloads in a busy environment
• Knowledge of HGV maintenance/compliance an advantage
• Positive attitude & willingness to learn
