We were very saddened to hear of the sudden passing of Ron Cox, father of our colleague and friend Bobby.

Bobby has been a familiar face and a huge part of the Passage East Ferry team for some time, and all of us at the ferry would like to extend our sincere condolences to Bobby and to the entire Cox family at this incredibly difficult time.

Our thoughts are with Bobby, his family and all those who knew and loved Ron.
May he rest in peace.

We were very saddened to hear of the passing of Margaret Roche of Arthurstown.

Margaret was the much-loved mother of our skippers Paddy and Dermot, and grandmother of Jason, who was a familiar face in the Passage East Ferry office for many years.

Paddy, Dermot, Jason and the Roche family have been part of the Passage East Ferry family for many years, and our thoughts are very much with them at this sad time.

From everyone at Passage East Ferry, we extend our sincere condolences to Margaret’s family and friends.

May she rest in peace. 🤍

Same great daily service just finishing a little earlier in the evenings as winter draws closer.

Sailing until 8pm from 1st September 2026

September brings a small change to our timetable!

We’re still sailing our same great service from 7am Monday to Saturday, but from 1st September our last sailing will be at 8pm.

First sailing
Monday – Saturday: 7am
Sundays & Public Holidays: 9.30am

Last sailing
Daily: 8pm

Until then, you’ve still got another week of those lovely long summer evenings, with our last sailing at 9pm until 31st August. ☀️🌊
