Here’s the next lot folks-
The Bane costume from ‘The Dark Knight Rises.’
Costume includes- Custom leather boots(UK13), combat pants, Shearling faux leather overcoat, polyurethane respirator mask, gauntlet and a super accurate replica tactical vest by the amazing Clothears Costumes.
The mask is a little tired, though the whole costume has only been worn a handful of times. New masks are readily available from the guys at Gauntlet FX who create far superior versions.
Costume would be suitable for anyone with a well built physique from 6’2” (188cm) up to 6’8” (203)

Well, now it’s time to find a new home for this big fella.
This is the character ‘Grummgar,’ the big game hunter and mercenary first seen in Maz Kanata’s Castle in the movie ‘The Force Awakens.’
Made in the 100 days leading up to Star Wars Celebration 2016 where this fully mobile costume won best in show AND holds the official Guinness World Record for the worlds tallest Star Wars costume at 2.69 metres.
Comes with its own display stand and custom mannequin, so would be ideal for a display piece. And if you’re big enough and brave enough, can be worn as a huge costume. (I’m talking to you Wookiee costumers!!😉)
The costume includes custom made stilts with articulated feet, arm extensions with articulated fingers and moveable jaw.
Only ever worn 3 times, twice for photoshoots, once at SWC and has been on display in our workshop since.
I must be very upfront about this, it is a huge costume and extremely heavy. Would fit someone 6’2” - 6’8” who works out and has a strong heart!! (I’m talking to you Wookiee costumers!!)
Also included in this lot are moulds for the hands, feet, head and belly skin.
We are looking for a good home for our Grummy,

We’ve already cleared a good few items just from word of mouth but there are still many more items large and small coming up.
This is one of the smaller items, a pair of Area51 Design Ltd Digilegs.
Digilegs allow the wearer to achieve the successful transformation of their human legs into the hind quarters of a digitigrade animal. This opens up endless possibilities in regards to new character / creature design. Perfect for taking a costume to the next level.
These have been mildly modified to incorporate toe hinges and aluminium shin flanges for a Cyborg Darth Maul costume. These can easily be removed and replaced with the original parts that are included.

Lot # 1
Right, let’s kick this off with these two bad boys.
These were test pulls from two different moulds. Originally sculpted for a Cyborg Darth Maul silicone mask but can also double as a Savage Opress mask. The core mould no longer exists for these two moulds but a new core could easily be fabricated or could be used as a slush mould.
Made for a larger head size approx 60cm.
The display heads are latex skinned, with soft foam filler on mdf display stands. There is slight ageing in the latex skin but nothing that can’t be easily fixed. These include both 2 x part fibreglass moulds as part of the package. Also included are the silicone moulds for both sets of horns for Cyborg Maul and Savage Opress.

*Important Announcement*

Dear Valued Facebook Friends and Clients,

As you’ve probably been aware, things have been pretty quiet on this page for a while now.
My apologies go out to any messages we haven’t previously responded to.
And so, after much thought and consideration, we’ve finally decided to close the doors of the Order 66 Creatures and Effects workshop as I focus on an exciting new chapter with my other business which has been bubbling away for the last 25 years or so. More and more it had taken up my time and energy these last few years.
While it’s bittersweet to step away from the world of creatures and costumes, I am shifting my efforts towards Cloon Keen which still allows me the opportunity to still be creative in a very different and multifaceted way.

To mark this transition, we’re having a workshop clearance sale on many of our display items, moulds, and even some rough test pieces. From minor props to award winning costumes, and even a Guinness World Record breaking (HUGE) costume.
This is the chance to pick up some incredible pieces from our collection.

We will be posting up pics of what’s available in the coming weeks, but if there’s something that caught your eye on any of our previous FB or IG posts please feel free to give us a shout.
Prices will be strictly based around serious offers only.

I want to take a moment to thank each and everyone of you for your support over the years. It’s been an amazing journey, and we’ve been honoured to help bring so many creative visions to life.

I’ve met so many incredibly inspiring people, visited many wonderful places and had the opportunity to create numerous fantastical pieces. The talent that lives on in this community is phenomenal.
I am truly humbled and thankful.

After our hack deleted years of posts it looks like we are going to be doing lots of re-thank yous to all those who have supported us over the years.
One of our proudest moments was winning a spot with the legendary Stan Winston School of Character Arts for best Halloween Costume.
Thanks guys for inspiring a whole generation of special effects artists. 😊🙏🙏🙏
