هذه المبادرة ضمن مشروع "حماية حقوق و تعزيز صمود المجتمعات المهمشة في القدس الشرقية" الممول من قبل الاتحاد الأوروبي
يعمل المشروع على تحسين الظروف المعيشية للآلاف من السكان الفلسطينيين في خمسة مجتمعات محلية في القدس الشرقية و يهدف إلى تزويد السكان بالمعلومات والمهارات التي يحتاجون إليها للعب دور فعال في بناء مجتمعات أكثر صحة وقوة وأكثر استجابة والتي يمكن أن تعمل معاً لمواجهة الانتهاكات التي تواجهها. ويهدف المشروع أيضاً إلى إحياء وجود المجتمع المدني الفلسطيني في القدس الشرقية.
المشروع ممول من قبل الاتحاد الأوروبي و بدعم اضافي من مؤسسة أوكسفام وينفذ بالتعاون مع مركز المرأة للإرشاد القانوني والاجتماعي، ومؤسسة جذور للانماء الصحي والاجتماعي، وجمعية الإغاثة الطبية الفلسطينية، وجمعية التنمية الزراعية (الإغاثة الزراعية) والائتلاف من أجل القدس ممثلا بمركز الإرشاد الفلسطيني. “Protect the Rights and Improve the Resilience of Vulnerable Communities in East Jerusalem” project aims to improve the living conditions of thousands of Palestinians in five communities in East Jerusalem. The project is designed to equip people with the information and skills they need to play an active role in building healthier, stronger, and more responsive communities that can work together to counter the violations they face. The project is funded by The European Union (EU), is cofinanced by Oxfam, and implemented by Women’s Centre for Legal Aid and Counselling (WCLAC), Juzoor for Health and Social Development, The Palestinian Medical Relief Society (PMRS), The Agriculture Development Association (PARC) and the Coalition for Jerusalem represented by the Palestinian Counseling Centre (PCC).
