Seeing His World Join us this May for a trip to Israel and optional extension to Greece and grow your faith by bringing the Bible to life!

Founded by Dr. Jonathan and Kim Moore, Moore Discipleship Missions is a 501(c)3 designed with the purpose of assisting to financially support and participate in the effort to spread the Gospel to those who may be lost around the world. Moore Discipleship Missions (MDM) created "Seeing His World" as a means for educating and equipping Christians by participating in interactive trips to Lands of the Bible such as Istanbul, Ephesus, Rome, Jerusalem and Nazareth, just to name a few.

🏛️ Jericho’s Walls Fell 🧱 Here in Jericho, excavations reveal massive fortifications and evidence of a sudden collapse—walls falling outward, as described in Joshua 6. Storage jars filled with grain suggest a brief siege, not a long occupation. Some Late Bronze Age finds, including Egyptian scarabs, are cited in discussions of the site’s dating and the biblical conquest timeline. 🏺 The Fall of Jericho ⚔️ In ancient Jericho, debate continues over the date of its destruction, yet many note striking parallels between archaeology and the account in Joshua 2 and 6—strong fortifications, a sudden collapse, and burning of the city after a short siege. Some also point to the Merneptah Stele as evidence Israel was already in Canaan by around 1210 BC. Whether interpreted as history or tradition, the alignment raises questions. Step Into the Water ✨ As Israel stood before the Promised Land, one final barrier remained—the overflowing Jordan River. God did not stop the waters first. He commanded the priests to step in by faith, and only when their feet touched the river did the waters stand in a heap. The same God who parted the Red Sea now showed that faith requires action. Just as Israel passed through the waters into new life, baptism symbolizes our own passage from the old life into the new. God still calls His people to trust Him enough to step forward. 🌊 Waters of Deliverance ✨ Here at the Jordan River near Jericho, God performed mighty works. Israel crossed on dry ground (Joshua 3), Elijah was taken to heaven in a chariot of fire, and Naaman was healed of leprosy after dipping seven times. In Scripture, water delivers, cleanses, and transforms—pointing to baptism and the new life God gives.
