Another reason why Goa is losing tourists

A taxi driver, who was already booked in advance, was not allowed to enter A Star Hotel in Varca (Club Mahindra) by local taxi drivers. They forced the hotel security to lock the gate, even though the tourist family was requesting help because their flight was delayed.

The family had to walk out with all their luggage. They even saw the local drivers beating up their taxi driver. This kind of incident is hurting Goa’s tourism, making tourists feel unsafe, and giving Goa a bad name.

Good News !!
After Long time finally some good news come.
Congratulations "GOA" becoming Corona Free.
GOA has become the first state to be Covid Free (among the states with more than 2 covid patients)

Being a tourist spot, it is in any manner a great achievement. If they can continue the momentum, it would surely be written in golden letters

Goa Tourism will organise the annual from February 25-28, 2017 in Panjim. The state will come alive to celebrate the four-day event with spectacular float parades, Carnaval festivities and an array of events and activities. The float parades will take place in four cities of Panjim, Margao, Vasco and Mapusa. The government has formed various Carnaval committees and drawn up guidelines for smooth conduct of the four-day festivities. In addition to maintaining the traditional and cultural essence of Carnaval, this year the focus is weeding out non eco-friendly floats, polluting vehicles and a total crackdown on indecency.
