Relevant experience in Freight Forwarding biz with good communication, inter-personal skills & adapt to every situation tactfully.
Job will be to handle day to day shipment from booking stage till the delivery of the shipment incl handling HAZ shipments. Sales having existing LCL / FCL biz for US/Canada trade lane will be advantage.
🖥 “Customer Service”*🖥
Candidate should be a graduate with minimum 5-6 years’ experience in same capacity within the industry. Should possess good interpersonal skill, must be a computer literate with the ability to correspond independently with customers, carriers, overseas agents. Experience of handling USA shipments & knowledge of contractual terms and rates will be added advantage.
📃 *Documentation:*📃
Relevant experience in Freight Forwarding biz with sound knowledge of filing AMS, VGM & shipping instructions, handling LCL Documentarion etc.
🏦 *Accounts Executive:*🏦
Relevant experience in accounts with experience in working on Tally, Softwares. Job will be to handle petty cash, billing, bank & cash
book, preparing / maintaining sales / purchase records, inward / outward remittances, vendor payment & outstanding follow-up etc.
knowledge of handling taxation compliances will be added advantage.
💵 *Finance Manager:*💵
Qualified CA with min 8-10 years of experience in Finance & Accounts, well versed with accounting of Logistics industry, tax compliances,
auditing, forex, strategic planning & treasury activities.
