VIJAYAWADA: The South Central Railway (SCR) will operate 54 special trains between Hyderabad-Kakinada Town, Puducherry -Santragachi (Kolkata) and Chennai Central - Santragachi to deal with the issue of over-crowding over the routes. These trains, which have AC III Tier, Sleeper Class and General Second Class coaches, will pass through Vijayawada en-route. Hyderabad - Kakinada Town (train number 07001) will depart from Hyderabad at 21:05 hrs on Day 1, and arrive at Kakinada Town at 09:25 hrs on the next day.
In the opposite direction, Kakinada Town - Hyderabad (train number 07002) will depart from Kakinada Town at 18:10 hrs on Day 1, and arrive at Hyderabad at 06:35 hrs on the next day
Train number 06010, Puducherry-Santragachi (Kolkata) special fare train, will depart from Puducherry at 19:15 hrs on July 7, 14, 21 and 28, August 4, 11 and 25, September 1, 8, 15, 22, and 29 (Saturdays) and arrive at Santragachi at 04:30 hrs on Mondays.
In the opposite direction, train number 06009 Santragachi (Kolkata) - Puducherry special fare train will depart from Santragachi at 14:10 hrs on July 9, 16, 23 and 30, August 6, 13, 20 and 27, September 3, 10, 17 and 24, and October 1 (Mondays), and arrive Puducherry at 21:45 hrs on Tuesdays. Train number 82612, Puducherry-Santragachi (Kolkata) Suvidha special train, will depart from Puducherry at 19:15 hrs on 18th August, 2018 (Saturday) and arrive Santragachi at 04:30 hrs on Monday.
Train number 06058, Chennai Central - Santragachi special fare train, will depart from Chennai Central at 15:15 hrs on July 4, 11 and 25, August 1, 8 ,22 and 29, and September 5, 12, 19 and 26 (Wednesdays), and arrive at Santragachi at 19:00 hrs on Thursdays. In the opposite direction, train number 06057, Santragachi- Chennai Central special fare train, will depart from Santragachi at 23:50 hrs on July 5, 12, 19 and 26, August 2, 9, 16, 23 and 30, and October 6, 13, 20 and 27 (Thursdays), and arrive at Chennai Central at 05:30 hrs on Saturdays.
