What You’ll Do:
1) Engage with potential customers over phone calls to share valuable information and answer their inquiries.
2) Maintain a detailed record of calls and customer feedback.
3) Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets with a positive attitude and drive.
What We’re Looking For:
1)Excellent communication skills in English, Kannada, Hindi & others
2) Prior tele calling or customer service experience is a plus.
3) Strong listening skills and the ability to handle customer queries professionally.
4) Self-motivated and target-driven personality.
