BLR Airport introduces the Special Assistance Zone at Terminal 1. It’s a dedicated space for passengers requiring special assistance, including Persons with Reduced Mobility (PRM) and Persons with Disabilities (PwD), passengers with visual, hearing or speech impairments, senior citizens, pregnant women, and unaccompanied minors.​
Key highlights of the Special Assistance Zone include - ​
Dedicated desks for check-in and bag drop-off​
Direct access from Priority Gate 5A
Comfortable seating area with charging points for convenient device charging​
This marks a step in our continued efforts to make journeys more comfortable, intuitive, and inclusive. ​
