Hiring: Senior Sales Executive

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior Sales Executive in Freight Forwarding to drive business growth, develop new clients, and manage key accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Generate new business in Air, Sea & Multimodal freight.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with exporters & importers.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Prepare competitive freight quotations and negotiate rates.
• Coordinate with operations and pricing teams for smooth ex*****on.
• Identify new trade lanes and growth opportunities.
• Maintain CRM records and submit regular sales reports.
• Ensure timely collection of payments from customers.
Requirements:
• 3–6 years experience in Freight Forwarding Sales.
• Strong customer network in Chennai market.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Target-driven and self-motivated.
