Continental Carriers PVT LTD is proud to share that our Chairman, Mr. Vipin Vohra represented the Services Export Promotion Council (SEPC) India in his capacity as National Chair – Transport, Logistics and Maritime Services Committee, at the official 'Entry into Force of the India–UK Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA)' ceremony held at Vanijya Bhawan, New Delhi, on 15th July 2026.
The landmark event was inaugurated by Shri Rajesh Agrawal IAS, Commerce Secretary, Government of India, alongside H.E. Ms. Lindy Cameron CB OBE, British High Commissioner to India, and brought together senior government officials, industry leaders and key stakeholders to commemorate the operationalization of the historic India–UK CETA.
Mr. Vipin Vohra attended the event alongside Dr. Upasana Arora , Chairperson, SEPC, reaffirming the logistics sector's commitment to supporting the successful implementation of the agreement and enabling greater trade between India and the United Kingdom.
The India–UK CETA marks a transformative milestone in India's global trade engagement. By enhancing market access, facilitating the movement of professionals, strengthening digital trade and improving the ease of doing business, the agreement is expected to create significant opportunities across multiple sectors. For the logistics industry, it presents immense potential to strengthen supply chains, facilitate faster cargo movement and support the growing trade aspirations of Indian exporters.
