Continental Carriers PVT LTD is proud to share that our Chairman, Mr. Vipin Vohra represented the Services Export Promotion Council (SEPC) India in his capacity as National Chair – Transport, Logistics and Maritime Services Committee, at the official 'Entry into Force of the India–UK Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA)' ceremony held at Vanijya Bhawan, New Delhi, on 15th July 2026.

The landmark event was inaugurated by Shri Rajesh Agrawal IAS, Commerce Secretary, Government of India, alongside H.E. Ms. Lindy Cameron CB OBE, British High Commissioner to India, and brought together senior government officials, industry leaders and key stakeholders to commemorate the operationalization of the historic India–UK CETA.

Mr. Vipin Vohra attended the event alongside Dr. Upasana Arora , Chairperson, SEPC, reaffirming the logistics sector's commitment to supporting the successful implementation of the agreement and enabling greater trade between India and the United Kingdom.

The India–UK CETA marks a transformative milestone in India's global trade engagement. By enhancing market access, facilitating the movement of professionals, strengthening digital trade and improving the ease of doing business, the agreement is expected to create significant opportunities across multiple sectors. For the logistics industry, it presents immense potential to strengthen supply chains, facilitate faster cargo movement and support the growing trade aspirations of Indian exporters.

It was a matter of great pride for Continental Carriers Pvt. Ltd. that our Chairman, Mr. Vipin Vohra, was invited to deliver the Guest Address at the Air Cargo Club of Delhi (ACCD) Golden Jubilee Lunch Session held on 8th July 2026 at the Radisson Blu Plaza Hotel, Delhi Airport, New Delhi.

Speaking on the theme, "From Vision to Transformation: A Journey Through Logistics Leadership," Mr. Vohra shared insights from his decades-long journey in India's air cargo and logistics industry. Reflecting on the sector's evolution, he spoke about the experiences, leadership decisions, and milestones that have shaped both the industry and Continental Carriers.

His journey is closely intertwined with the growth of Continental Carriers, founded in 1957 by Late Shri T. N. Vohra. Since joining the company as a trainee in 1975, Mr. Vohra has played a pivotal role in transforming it into one of India's leading integrated logistics and supply chain companies, while championing several pioneering initiatives for the air cargo sector.

A key highlight of the session was his presentation on India's First Greenfield Air Freight Station (AFS). He shared the remarkable 12-year journey behind establishing Continental Carriers' pioneering AFS, highlighting the vision, perseverance, and collaborative efforts that brought this landmark project to fruition.

Mr. Vohra also outlined the advantages of the Air Freight Station model, explaining how it can enhance cargo handling efficiency, reduce congestion at gateway airports, strengthen logistics infrastructure, and support the Government's vision of lowering logistics costs while improving the Ease of Doing Business.

The exhibition continued to provide an excellent platform for the Continental Carriers team to connect with industry peers, exchange ideas, and strengthen relationships with partners and stakeholders from across the logistics and air cargo community.

A key highlight of the day was an insightful session conducted by Cargo Insights featuring Mr. Viraj Vohra, Director, Continental Carriers Pvt. Ltd where he shared insights into his role at CCPL, the legacy of the Vohra family, and the experience of working alongside Chairman Shri Vipin Vohra and Managing Director Mr. Vaibhav Vohra. He was welcomed by Mr. Vipin Vohra, Chairman; Mr. Vaibhav Vohra, Managing Director, Mr. Viraj Vohra, Director along with team Continental Carriers.

A key highlight of the visit was an engaging discussion on the progress of India's first Greenfield Air Freight Station by Continental Carriers Pvt. The IICS Exhibition - India International Cargo Show 2026 was formally inaugurated by the Hon’ble Minister of Civil Aviation (HMCA) Shri Ram Mohan Naidu Kinjarapu on 4th June 2026 at Bharat Mandapam, New Delhi. Shri Vipin Vohra, Chairman, Continental Carriers PVT LTD, was among the distinguished industry leaders present during the inauguration ceremony.

Subsequently, the Hon’ble Minister visited the Continental Carriers Pvt Ltd booth, where he was welcomed by Shri Vipin Vohra, Chairman along with Shri Vaibhav Vohra, Managing Director, Shri Viraj Vohra, Director and team Continental Carriers.

During the interaction, the Hon’ble Minister was apprised of CCPL’s logistics capabilities and its pioneering role in developing India’s First Greenfield Air Freight Station (AFS). Major issues relating to the operationalization of Air Freight Stations (AFS) were discussed in detail.
