Kinet is hiring an experienced Cost Accountant / Production Costing Specialist in Latur, Maharashtra, to support India’s prestigious Vande Bharat Sleeper Train project.

Role highlights👇

⚙️ Prepare and maintain accurate product and Bill of Material (BOM) costing
⚙️ Analyze manufacturing costs, production variances, and identify cost-saving opportunities
⚙️ Monitor inventory valuation, reconciliation, and cost control processes
⚙️ Prepare manufacturing cost reports, profitability analysis, and MIS dashboards
⚙️ Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning initiatives
⚙️ Collaborate with Production, Procurement, Supply Chain, Quality, and Engineering teams to drive operational efficiency

Who we’re looking for 👇

✅ CA / CA Inter / CMA (ICWA) / Cost Accountant preferred; Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or related discipline (MBA Finance is an added advantage)
✅ 7–8 years of experience in manufacturing cost accounting
✅ Strong expertise in production costing, inventory accounting, budgeting, and variance analysis
✅ Experience working with ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics
✅ Experience in rolling stock, automotive, engineering, chemicals, FMCG, pharmaceuticals, plastics, or process manufacturing industries
✅ Strong analytical skills with the ability to support strategic business decisions through accurate cost analysis
