An Evening To Cherish ❣️❣️❣️

आज सुबह करीब 8:30 बजे Arjun TVS, Bhuiphore Mandir के पास एक मिनी ट्रक ने कहर बरपा दिया—2–3 बाइकों को टक्कर मार दी और 3–4 लोग घायल हो गए। एक व्यक्ति का पैर भी फ्रैक्चर हो गया है। यह हादसा और भी भयानक हो सकता था।

मैंने Parivahan वेबसाइट पर ट्रक की डिटेल्स चेक की—और जो सामने आया, वह हैरान कर देने वाला है। इस वाहन के पास कोई भी वैध दस्तावेज नहीं है—ना रजिस्ट्रेशन, ना फिटनेस, ना रोड टैक्स, ना इंश्योरेंस, ना PUC, ना परमिट। ये सभी 2018 से 2023 के बीच ही एक्सपायर हो चुके हैं। यानी पूरी तरह से अवैध वाहन सड़कों पर दौड़ रहा था।

तो असली सवाल है—ये कैसे संभव है?

एक ऐसा ट्रक जिसके पास एक भी वैध कागज नहीं है, वह दिनदहाड़े व्यस्त सड़क पर कैसे चल रहा था, जबकि प्रशासन हर समय पेट्रोलिंग का दावा करता है? ट्रैफिक पुलिस हमेशा बाइक वालों को रोककर हेलमेट और कागज चेक करती रहती है—लेकिन ऐसे खतरनाक और अवैध भारी वाहनों पर कार्रवाई क्यों नहीं होती?

क्या नियम सिर्फ आम लोगों के लिए हैं?
क्या कार्रवाई सिर्फ आसान टारगेट पर ही होती है?

आज 3–4 लोग घायल हुए हैं… कल इससे भी बड़ा हादसा हो सकता है।

ये सिर्फ लापरवाही नहीं—पूरे सिस्टम की नाकामी है। अब जवाबदेही तय होनी चाहिए।
