maine 13.10.18 ko mp ke liye ek packet book karwaya jo 18 ko delivered ho gaya.maine jab apni party se pucha to waha aaj tak koi packet received nahi hua or dtdc ki side me delivered show hain or pod me RTO likha hua hain.jo packet aaj tak mujhe nahi mila.maine turant customer care me call kiya or main kiya jish ka jawab aaj tak abhi nahi aaya or na hi faridabad se koi responces aaya.ab waha ki party ne mujhe black list kar diya bs dtdc k bajh se.aisi hain dtdc jo packet face updation karti hain.or sikhayat karne me koi responces nahi milta bas ye milat hain dekhte hain batate hain aap logo ke bajh se mera 80,000/-rs ka loss or aage ka business kharab ho gaya.aap se hath jodh kar viniti hain mujhe mera packet wapish diya jaye otherwise main consumer cort me jaunga or dtdc khilaf action lunga.
