Another Milestone of year 2019 by team Unipik Automation Solutions
This is a SS304 machine installed in South India for handling 260 cups/min.
the cups coming form a matrix of 48 and are picked up using vacuum and placed in cartons. Variants of 50 gm & 100 gm cups can be transferred from picking to placing station. The cartons are thereafter taped from the top using Signode taping and flap closing machinery as shown in video.
