• Maintains call center database by entering information in desired format.
• Subject Knowledge of Project being handled
• Determines requirements by discussing with customers.
• Answers inquiries by clarifying desired information; researching, locating, and providing information.
• Having prior experience in Real Estate Firm or Company will be preferred.
• Resolves problems by clarifying issues; researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions; implementing solutions; escalating unresolved problems.
• Fulfills requests by clarifying desired information; forwarding requests & capturing leads
• Additional sales by recognizing opportunities to up-sell properties; explaining new investment opportunities.
• Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
• Collecting data for market research about the projects in Delhi NCR.
• Excel knowledge for making basic reports
