Roles & Responsibilities -
1. Implement effective Sourcing, Screening, and Interviewing Techniques.
2. Maintaining employee database, attendance management, and stationery stock.
3. Timely preparation of Salary sheets.
4. Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees.
5. Manage Employees’ Grievances.
6. Handling Petty Cash.
7. Day-to-day admin work and overseeing proper stock of office supplies.
8. Statuary and SEZ Compliances.

Skills Required -
1. Bachelor’s Degree from any specialization.
2. Exceptional leadership, time, task, and resource management skills.
3. Strong problem solving, critical thinking, coaching, interpersonal, and verbal and written communication skills.
4. Proficiency with computers, especially MS Office.
5. Familiarity with Human Resources Domain.

India and the UK signed an agreement on financial services, infrastructure, and sustainable finance at the 10th Economic and Financial Dialogue (EFD).

UK chancellor Rishi Sunak and finance minister Nirmala Sitharaman held discussions on working together to deal with the global economic impact of the coronavirus and tackling climate change through sustainable finance.

“The UK’s economic and financial relationship with India has never been more important with the global challenges we face. Today we set out our ambition for even stronger ties with an agreement that will increase investment, and create and secure jobs,” said Sunak.

India-UK ties were important as the countries were among the world’s top seven economies with a combined GDP of over $5 trillion.

"India opposes binding commitments for easier cross-border goods clearance"

India has opposed binding commitments on countries to put in place practices for faster clearances of cross-border merchandise even as it has implemented almost 75% of its commitments ahead of schedule under the global trade facilitation agreement (TFA).

New Delhi’s stance comes amid the , , , and urging the World Trade Organization (WTO) members to speed up implementation of the agreement, arguing that trade is a critical channel for getting essential products to those in need amid the Covid-19 pandemic.

Separately, India told the WTO members that it has implemented several of its TFA commitments ahead of the originally scheduled dates and that it has now put into place more than 73% of its commitments.
