When we started looking into electric vehicle adoption in the Indian sub-continent, the answer to the problem seemed far more simplistic than we originally imagined it to be.

India has been grappling with air quality, deteriorating citizen health, and rising rates of ecological damage due to hazardous use of petroleum based products. Electric vehicles seemed like the most obvious answer to most policy makers and businesses as the answer to automobile pollution; but adoption rates in the first few years were paltry. We truly needed to find an answer to get people to #MaketheSwitch.

The solution ultimately required the central government, sustainability companies, electric vehicle manufacturers, and infrastructure developers to come together and draw out a detailed plan that addressed the issue in a tiered manner.
