Role Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Tender Expert who has strong experience in handling government and private tenders related to fabrication, engineering, and industrial production projects. The candidate should be capable of managing the entire tendering process—from identifying relevant tenders to submitting complete technical & financial bids.
Key Responsibilities
1. Tender Identification & Analysis
• Track, search, and identify suitable government/PSU/private tenders related to fabrication and industrial projects.
• Analyze tender documents (NIT, BOQ, Scope of Work, Technical Specifications).
• Evaluate eligibility criteria, technical requirements, and compliance points.
2. Tender Preparation & Submission
• Prepare complete tender documentation including technical bids, financial bids, project capability, and company credentials.
• Coordinate with the production, design, accounts, and purchase teams for collecting required data.
• Ensure all documents are accurate, updated, and compliant with tender conditions.
• Submit tenders online (GeM, e-procurement portals) and offline as required.
3. Technical & Commercial Coordination
• Prepare cost estimation, raw material, and pricing sheets for fabrication projects.
• Ensure alignment with production capacity, timelines, and delivery schedules.
• Support negotiation and clarification rounds with customers, clients/authorities.
4. Documentation & Compliance
• Maintain a database of all submitted tenders, results, and upcoming opportunities.
• Ensure timely renewal of certifications, registrations, and licenses required for tender participation.
• Prepare post-tender clarification documents and follow up until award stage.
5. Client & Department Liaison
• Communicate with government departments, consultants, and customers when required.
• Attend pre-bid meetings and site visits.
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Graduate (Engineering/Technical background preferred but not mandatory).
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in tendering for fabrication / industrial / engineering projects.
• Strong understanding of technical specifications, fabrication processes,drawings.
• Expertise in e-tendering portals (GeM, e-procurement, MSME portals, etc.).
• Good communication, documentation, and negotiation skills.
• Strong command in MS Office (Excel, Word, PDF management).

Role Overview
We are seeking a creative and technically strong Industrial Designer who can convert concepts into functional, manufacturable designs for fabrication and engineering products. The candidate will work closely with production, quality, and client teams to develop innovative, practical, and cost-effective design solutions.
Key Responsibilities
1. Concept Development
• Develop design concepts for fabrication and engineering products based on client requirements.
• Create sketches, 3D models, and design presentations.
• Ensure designs align with industry standards and functional needs.
2. Technical Design & Drafting
• Prepare 2D drawings, 3D models, BOQ, and technical specifications.
• Work on software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Creo, or similar.
• Ensure designs are feasible for fabrication, welding, machining, and assembly processes.
3. Product Development
• Convert design concepts into production-ready drawings.
• Collaborate with the production team for prototyping and improvements.
• Optimize designs for cost efficiency, material usage, and ease of manufacturing.
4. Client & Internal Coordination
• Understand project requirements by coordinating with clients, tender teams, and project engineers.
• Present design options and provide design justification when required.
• Support tender documents with schematic drawings and technical inputs.
5. Quality & Compliance
• Ensure design compliance with industry standards (IS codes, fabrication standards).
• Conduct design checks, revisions, and quality verifications.
• Maintain proper documentation and revision control.
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering / Industrial Design / Product Design.
• 2–5 years of experience in fabrication-based design, sheet metal, structures, or industrial components.
• Strong command of AutoCAD + 3D design tools (SolidWorks / Creo / Inventor).
• Good understanding of fabrication processes:

We are looking for an experienced Technical & Government Sales Manager who can lead sales activities for fabrication, industrial engineering solutions, and government project procurement. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of technical products, government tendering systems, pricing strategies, and client relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
1. Government Sales & Business Development
• Identify and pursue business opportunities with government departments, PSUs, defence, railways, PWD, municipal corporations, and other agencies.
• Monitor government procurement websites (GeM, e-procurement portals) for new opportunities.
• Attend pre-bid meetings, vendor registration processes, and support tender submissions.
2. Technical Sales & Client Solutions
• Understand fabrication processes, engineering solutions, and technical specifications of products.
• Prepare and present technical proposals, product demonstrations, costing estimates, and BOQs.
• Align customer requirements with production capability and timelines.
3. Tender & Bidding Coordination
• Work closely with the tender team to prepare technical and commercial bids.
• Ensure compliance with tender requirements and documentation.
• Participate in technical clarifications, negotiations, and follow-up until contract award.
4. Relationship Management
• Build and maintain strong relationships with government officials, consultants, contractors, and industrial clients.
• Regularly visit client sites, offices, and project locations for business development.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and timely communication.
5. Sales Strategy & Reporting
• Achieve sales targets and expand the company’s presence in government and industrial markets.
• Develop sales plans, market forecasts, and competitor analysis.
• Maintain records of inquiries, proposals, orders, and follow-ups.
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Graduate / Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical / Industrial / Engineering or equivalent field.
• 3–7 years of experience in industrial technical sales, government sales, or fabrication-based sales roles.
• Strong knowledge of fabrication products, sheet metal work, structural items, and engineering processes.
• Hands-on experience with GeM, e-procurement portals, tendering processes, BOQ analysis, and government contracting.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PPT).
