As 2025 comes to a close, we’re feeling thankful for a year that brought real growth and positive change at Admaren.

This year, we formed a joint venture with Hoppe Marine, strengthened our internal structure, welcomed new leadership, and expanded the team. We also spent a lot of time meeting customers and partners at exhibitions across markets conversations that continue to shape what we build.

We’re proud to announce an important milestone in Admaren’s product journey.

Admaren Tech and Hoppe Marine GmbH have formally created a new joint venture: SecureLoad Systems Pvt. Ltd.

SecureLoad, which began as one of Admaren’s flagship products, is now becoming a separate company a dedicated home for the entire SecureLoad product suite, with a clear mandate to modernise cargo-operations workflows for both ship and shore teams. Together with our other products at Admaren, this marks a major step toward transforming transportation and cargo-engineering solutions as a whole.

This joint venture brings together Hoppe’s 75+ years of expertise in marine systems and automation with Admaren’s strengths in fast development, naval architecture, and modern web engineering. By combining these capabilities, we can deliver a unified ecosystem that enables stakeholders to plan, execute, monitor, and even automate cargo operations through Hoppe’s automation systems ultimately providing safer, clearer, and more standardised operations across global fleets.

What this means for SecureLoad users:

All existing projects, offers, warranties, and service obligations continue without disruption.
The same people, expertise, models, and engineering methods remain behind the product.
SecureLoad now benefits from a single, focused organisation dedicated entirely to its roadmap and long-term evolution.

New faces, fresh energy.

Last Friday’s Admaren orientation was all about setting the tone for what we’re building next.

Our new joiners spent the day exploring:
1️⃣ Admaren’s journey from Kochi to global waters
2️⃣ The values that guide how we build and deliver
3️⃣ Where we’re headed next as a maritime technology company

An insightful session by our Chairman, Nikhil Mathew, gave the batch a clear view of Admaren’s vision, our customer obsession, and the opportunity they now have to shape the future of our products and partnerships.

We wrapped up the day with an excellent team lunch at Four Points by Sheraton, where our Managing Director, Binoy Pilakkat, also joined to personally greet and interact with the new joiners - creating space for open conversations, questions, and connections beyond job titles and teams.

Admaren’s International Men’s Day 2025 was all heart.

On 19 November, we took a moment to celebrate the men of Admaren – not just for the work they do, but for the roles they play as colleagues, friends, fathers, sons and allies.

We hosted a special lunch and to make the day a little more meaningful, each person received a small gift that brought back childhood memories – a simple reminder to hold on to the curiosity, kindness and playfulness we often leave behind as we grow up.
