**** Air Hostess/ Ground staff Job Responsibility or job role ****
(A) Cabin crew department is responsible for providing a delightful service experience to its passengers and maintaining a high standard of service quality.
( B ) The Air hostess’s primary responsibility is the safety and security of the passengers on the board.
(C) Before she landed as a flying crew, he would undergo intensive training for three months.
(D) The airline cabin crew is the brand ambassador of the airline. This is why the airlines have trained them well enough to deal with all the circumstances, no matter how difficult it is – with elegance and grace.
(E) Ground staff at the airport, work in shifts and have an important role in daily operations. Handling passenger queries, cabin cleaning, catering, ticket sales, planning, monitoring and controlling airline flight operations are some of the responsibilities they perform.
