Some people don’t just grow in their careers — they grow the organisation along with them. Meet Mohin Porey and Swarup Sanbui, two of Pointo’s most dedicated and reliable ground leaders, who have been with us since 2022.
Both came with strong experience from Mahindra Automobiles and joined Pointo as Vehicle Service Technicians. From the very beginning, they showed a rare mix of technical expertise, discipline, and a deep commitment to customers.
As they took on responsibilities like spare parts handling, sales conversations, and customer support, it became clear that their potential went far beyond a single role. Their consistency, field knowledge, and problem-solving ability helped them grow steadily , eventually earning their promotion to Area Sales Managers, where they now lead teams of 5–6 members each.
Today Mohin takes care of North 24 Parganas and Nadia, Swarup handles Howrah and Hooghly ..and both have built strong, trusted dealer networks across their territories.
What makes them stand out is not just their sales performance, but their mindset: Whether it’s a leave day, a holiday, or even late hours, if a customer or dealer reaches out — Mohin and Swarup are always there. They guide customers, solve issues, and ensure no one is left stranded.
Their dedication also reflects in their achievements ,Mohin has been the Top Performer in battery sales in his region, and Swarup has become the go-to sales and support anchor in his districts, building deep dealer relationships and driving consistent growth.
Together, they have built Pointo’s field network brick by brick — with their capability, trust, and hard work.
