The cargo terminal is the first such terminal for Northern , that has been built by modifying the old passenger terminal. The final security clearance for the dedicated cargo terminal has been given by Bureau of Civil Aviation Security (BCAS). AAI believes that the terminal will play a vital role in improving the supply chains, benefitting the entire region.This terminal is equipped with secured storage space for both inbound & outbound cargo, a dedicated room for valuables & dangerous goods, along with provision for commercial space that can be utilized by Airlines, Postal Authorities, and players.
