SIR will be from the first week of November. Those born after 1987. Their birth certificate is mandatory, otherwise their name will be removed from the voter list. So everyone must show their birth certificate along with their other papers. And if they do not have a birth certificate, the processing should be started immediately. In the way that can be done.
