· Part Truck Load Door to Door express (LTL) & Air Express sales
· On field working including cold calls and new client acquisition.
· Express LTL/PTL New business development, Client servicing , direct sales ,client relationship,
· Key accounts management, generate new lead and negotiating Rates to sign Service Agreements for LTL/ Air Cargo.
· Understand Client Transportation requirements.
· Negotiate with clients & Sign new Express Transportation Agreements
· Act as a bridge between the Client and the Operations.

· Understands customer requirements and provides timely solutions accordingly
· Map key accounts periodically to ensure sustained focus on key account retention.
· Handle escalations and delivery turnaround time appropriately

· Should know the LTL/Air Express market
