Reality is different unfortunately.
There is no shortcut to success.
Hardwork, Dedication, Patience, Humbleness, Integrity, Honesty, Intelligence, Character Respect etc etc is all you need to flaunt if at all you have them.
-Respect your seniors.
-Remember n respect those who stood for you when you were no one.
-Respect the job who made you what your today.
-Respect your juniors coz you were a junior once.
-Be friendly but when d same junior does wrong, Have d guts to scold them n guide them on correct path.
Dont misguide them coz you scared to loose your followers.
-Don't loose your dignity n self respect for sake of fake fame n followers.
-Always n always stand for safety n dignity of women, be it equality n empowerment of women in this male dominated field.
