In logistics, problems are not always solved by systems and processes alone. They're solved by people and communication is often what determines how effectively those challenges are resolved.
Every day, our teams work with transporters, shipping lines, vendors, partners, and customers. While everyone may be working towards the same goal, the reality is that we don't all think, communicate, or make decisions in the same way.
To explore this further and help our teams strengthen these skills, MatchLog recently hosted an engaging online session for our employees and interns, facilitated by Prerna Taneja, Global PsychoGeometrics® Facilitator.
It introduced participants to the powerful framework of PsychoGeometrics® for understanding personality styles, communication preferences, and behavioral patterns - and how these shape the way we interact with others.
One key takeaway was that better communication is about understanding better. Every individual brings a unique perspective and when we appreciate the different ways people think and work, we can create an environment of greater empathy, trust, and productivity.
We are grateful to Prerna Taneja ma'am and The Project ReMind for an engaging session that encouraged more self-awareness, deeper understanding of others, and stronger collaboration across our teams.
