The year 2019 – 2020 has been an exceptionally challenging year for MFC as it had the opportunity to execute a number of Projects from multiple locations and had to provide End to End Logistics Services.
We successfully managed all the projects that were being executed simultaneously from multiple locations with varying scale highlighting the technical expertise, dominion knowledge, management capability & skill in organizing, mobilizing the manpower, equipment, vendors, and the financial resources to execute these projects in such a short time.
We would like to thank ETNOW – Business Leader of the year for this honor and recognition to award us with the Best Logistics Service Provider of the year for Project Cargo / Valuable Cargo / HeavyLift. We as MFC would not be here today, accepting this award, without the support and blessings of our late founder Mr. Sureshchandra Agarwal.

MFC Carried out end to end movement for 14 ODC package for MRPL refinery out of which 4 packages were moved by coastal voyage and balance by road from Bharuch to MRPL site. Technical study, route survey and internal site study was done along with meticulous planning for ex*****on and resource deployment to achieve the delivery schedule.
Four Super ODC packages upto dimensions of Length 32m Width 5m Height 4m were rolled on to the barge from Mumbai and rolled off at the New Mangalore port and onwards delivered to MRPL using MFCs own Hydraulic and special Low Profile Deck equipment. Another successful Multimodal job executed by MFC.

MFC was given a challenge to transport 2 equipment's with dimension 12m x 6m dia and weighing 90 tons each from west coast (Mumbai) to east Coast (Haldia ). Customer wanted the equipment to be delivered within 90 days and MFC safely & successfully delivered it in 62 days. Transporting the packages with 6m dia by road in itself is a challenge keeping in mind the vagaries and conditions of the Indian roads coupled with enroute high profile events ( ) scheduled during the tenure of this movement. Meticulous planning and deployment of senior resources keeping in mind the urgency of the requirement at the site assisted us to deliver the packages in time and safely.

MFC Transport a registered Logistics Service provider to & a proud member of was entrusted with a critical movement from Kochi to NTPC Singhrauli of a transformer having a dimension of Length 10m Width 5m Height 5m weight 196 tons.

This contract was awarded taking into consideration the past record of MFC in the movement of 200 ton plus transformers and processing a dominion knowledge on the impediments that shall have to be overcome along the route of over 2400 km through 6 states having a tough terrain.
In these areas the infrastructure was also not completely developed which added to the level of difficulty

The crucial aspect of the movement was negotiating the overhead impediments at Kochi where a lot of infrastructure construction activity is being undertaken.

Once again MFC establishes it’s credibility for reliability to move ODC cargo in the most difficult conditions.

Godrej had manufactured a Vacuum Desecrator in its Mumbai Vikhroli Production Plant for one of its’ prestigious client & was destined for final voyage to Abu Dhabi via Mumbai Port.
Vacuum Desecrator being 27252 x 5255 x 5825 mm in dimension & weighing around 84 Tons, was not feasible to move via road to Mumbai Port & had to be moved via Transport. MFC was preferred over other competitors for this job based on its long term experience in Multi-Modal transport & .
Planning for the subject awarded move was initiated & Godrej jetty was finalized as terminal point for further dispatch towards Mumbai Port. Technical & Operation Team were geared up & route survey team were put on action & sent ahead to check for any hick up’s or bottlenecks from Godrej Plant to Jetty. Technical team were studying the drawing to plan for & which will be required for the said task. Major Prerequisite were taken into consideration & all required permissions were taken from Govt. authorities & finally having done all the due diligence, we were all ready to hit the road.
With a sudden change in climatic condition, accompanied with heavy monsoon & wind, it was nearly impossible to proceed with plans we had & were further pushed to wait for favorable condition to proceed. Keeping in mind of the tough weather condition on one hand & laycan of vessel awaiting at Mumbai Port on other, a suitable Barge & Tug was leased for. Barge was then docked at Godrej Jetty & Volvo Puller with 16 Axle Line was arranged at Godrej Plant for loading.

Finally, after all the due diligence & study, arrived the big day. Movement was initiated from plant on 10th Jun 2018 where was loaded on Axle’s & further dispatched towards jetty. All the necessary arrangements including ramps, steel plates & sand bags were kept ready to make sure roll on activity on barge would take place easily, ruling out any possibility of jeopardizing time & risk to assets & personnel. Total of 8 stools with height of 1.2 meters were arranged & made sure, package is properly sealed & secured thereafter which package was further dispatched to where it was further loaded on vessel “Industrial Challenger” for its final voyage to Abu Dhabi.

MFC successfully delivers 500 MVA Transformer for PGCIL

MFC specializes in transportation of heavy critical cargo and when PGCIL floated tender for movement of 230 MT transformer… The job was that a 500 MVA, 400 / 220 kV Transformer was planned to move from PGCIL Bangalore to GE T&D factory in Naini & RFQ was floated accordingly. Standing alongside numerous other participant who took active part in bidding for this ambitious project, MFC emerged as a winner & was awarded with this job after a series of stringent evaluation & due diligence.

Transformer with dimension of L- 10.77 X B – 4.7 X H- 4.2 Mtrs. & weighing 230 MT was finally ready for its journey from Bangalore to Naini & was loaded on MFC’s state of Art Goldhofer axle lines, a 14 axles modular trailer bed for assembled for this movement. With distance of 1876 km’s to be travelled, all the way from South of India to Central India was definitely not an easy task due to ODC nature of the consignment. MFC faced several challenges, right from movement planning to conducting RHA’s, resource deployment, coordination while package was en-route & most importantly to make sure ex*****on plan is followed & package reaches site safely & in committed time frame.

Target was achieved!!! The transformer was safely delivered at Naini site. This was possible due to the through planning and implementation of the plan by the team alongside round the clock support of the technical team.
