This year i wanted to get onto an adventure mode and do things I have never done before.

Yes get out of my comfort zone and do something experiential 😊

I discovered and studied the land of *UGANDA*. Yes for sure had unique experiences like Gorilla and chimpanzee treks which completely stole my heart and besides that it has lovely landspaces, natural beauty and hospitality.

Often hear HEALTH IS WEALTH. It indeed is. It's hard and restricting to live a life with health conditions. It has many limitations.

Why not consciously take care of your health by not just exercising, yoga and eating right, but by making these elements a routine habit just like taking a shower or brushing your teeth.
It needs to be complimented with good sleep, a circadian rhythm routine , being mentally at peace and bringing a balance.

A couple of years ago, I was stiff, inflexible, lethargic and probably only survived on junk food.
Making lifestyle tweaks allows us to enjoy life better , enjoy and relish our food better, digest better, sleep better, focus better,. makes you more confident, intervene deeper and the benefits are innumerable.
I have been impressed by the wellness our very own country has to offer. Made a trip earlier this month to Ananda in the Himalayas and in Uttarakhand and was mesmerized with the experience.
