there is a heavy congestion enroute to GTI, NSICT & JNP Terminals and the approach road towards terminal is severely jammed and the queue of Trailers have been reached Dronagiri Cfs and TT’s are moving at very slow rate.

Our transport & operation team is continuously in touch with the port officials & trying our level best for export containers make their vessel connect.

So please plan the movement accordingly. Further progress in the situation will be updated.

TOP URGENT!!! PUNJAB CONWARE STOP NEW CARTING FOR EXPORT & IMPORT.

commissioner of custom (general) has suspended the Custom license of punjab conware with immediate effect and we have received the customs order just now i.e 11.02.2016 appox 1500hrs.

There was a RED SANDER customs confiscated contai er which was kept at the cfs and this container has been moved out the cfs illegally and the matter is under police investigation.

The matter has been posted for further hearing by the customs for 25.02.2016 and will keep you posted on the development.

As per the oder we cannot accept any fresh cargo of export and imports.

If any planning of your cargo for this week then kindly divert in to JWR cfs.

NSICT congestion start from Ambewadi.

JNPT congestion start from Parking.

Gti congestion start from Sonari.

Uran villegers r protesting for every day,s traffic congestion due to container movement at Uran - jnpt.Due to this there is heavy congestion at Karalphata.movement of containers is stop.situation is very critical.
We will update the further development.

JNPT congestion start from Parking.

GTI congestion start from Sonari.

Due to heavy congestion at GTI, movement of containers in extremely slow.

Sub: Erratic Functioning of ICEGATE – Duplication of Queries at all Stations



Dear Sir,



Members may please note that ICEGATE System is erratically functioning at all stations since today morning, due to duplication of Queries in ICEGATE system.



Members are requested file manual Bill of Entry at all the stations. Necessary permissions will be given by customs for the same.



Members can also opt for deletion of Bill of Entry and file fresh Bill of Entry with ICEGATE system.



Message has also been sent to the Directorate General of System, Delhi to look into the matter.



The Association will keep its members updated about the situation.

Directorate General of System & Data Management has clarified the following in response to the issues taken up by FIEO :

Registration of MEIS Duty Credit Scrips with Customs

It has been informed that Automation of Customs Notification No. 24/2015 for availing MEIS benefits has been developed and is awaiting online transmission of licenses to be initiated by DGFT for which they are being pursued for quick transmission of the Scrips.

Incorporating declaration in lieu of SDF into the EDI Software

The DG (Systems) has informed that declaration in lieu of SDF Form has already been subsumed in processing of the Shipping Bills. Members are advised to modify their RES packages accordingly in case required changes have not been made till now in the RES packages used for filing Shipping Bills.
