As one of the four 100m long plus packages expected as part of our contract with RIL for the J3 project, the SRU tail gas column measuring 104.92m x 6.32m x 7.07 m and weighing 785MT posses its own set of challenges that include route modifications and removal of horizontal/vertical obstructions enroute. After rolling off the SRU tail gas column from RO-RO vessel “Combidock-III”, we used our SPMT’s in an open compound configuration and transported the column nearly 30Km to its Er****on site at J3 complex in March 2015.

We successfully transported the C3 Splitter for RIL’s J3 project in Feb 2015.The mammoth Splitter measuring 115.1m x 8.1m x 8.3 m and weighing 834 MT is one of the world’s longest Splitters and its transport posed a number of challenges including Roll off at Sikka Jetty where the available length is only about 125m. This transport also required navigating several 90 degree and ‘S’ turns including the critical turn on public road at the Moti Khavadi railway crossing.The splitter was transported smoothly and safely on our SPMT’s over a distance of nearly 30 km and delivered at site at the designated location.
