By defending his territory from other males, Shambhu has given Madhu the opportunity to successfully raise their cubs, a stark contrast to her previous litters that didn't survive due to male tiger conflicts. This remarkable father tiger spends quality time with his family, feeding and sitting together, making the little ones feel safe in his presence.

Emotions !!!

Tadoba is thriving with numerous tiger families, and the creation of buffer zones has provided a sanctuary for these majestic species. These areas, along with the efforts of the forest department, have made it possible for the public to witness tigers in their natural habitat. One such tigress, Choti Madhu, the daughter of the legendary Madhuri, is currently nurturing three small cubs in the Junona/Devada/Agarzari buffer. Having had the privilege of documenting her journey from cub to a caring mother, our recent trip to Tadoba offered many photographic opportunities, capturing a tender and emotional moment between Choti Madhu and her cub.
