At Mespack, we have been diligently and successfully working on all three categories of our sustainability goals by reducing raw material usage, replacing materials with more sustainable materials, and adapting technology to sustainable materials. ♻️

Successfully, we have already supplied sustainable machine solutions and retrofits to existing machinery. ✅How have we achieved this feat?

- Due to our continuous motion filling technology, pouch headspace can be reduced, therefore saving up to 15% of film.

- Using laser cut systems, in order to save up to 5 mm film per scissor cut/pouch in pouches of 100 mm width, thus saving up to 3% of material.

- By changing from rigid to flexible materials, which saves up to 70% of plastic material. As a result of this change, we not only reduce plastic usage, but also conserve in regard to carbon footprint, storage space, and logistics. 🍃

We have adapted all of our machines to be operable with sustainable materials.
