If I had one week to charter in the Mediterranean this August, Sardinia + Corsica would be very high on my list.

Not because you need to tick off as many places as possible.
Quite the opposite.

A good yacht itinerary should give you enough freedom to change plans, stay longer when you find the right anchorage, and not spend half the charter cruising just to follow a schedule.

And for this trip, I wouldn’t necessarily choose the biggest yacht in the budget either.
Great outdoor spaces + the right crew > another 10 metres.
