Ehy cyclists FYI today you'll have troubles to go by bike in the towns, 'cause Via Crucis manifestations in all the Italy's towns. So my suggestion is to arrive at your accomodation, specially if is not in the countryside, before sunset. Here a pic from Capurso town, S.Pietro in poleposition.
