To support companies trading with the German market, we have launched a new regular road freight service from our Milan branch to Hilden, in the Düsseldorf area.

Since September, the line has been operated twice a week in collaboration with ENGEMANN, ensuring both export and import connections between Milan and one of the key logistics hubs in Germany.

The service includes:
🇮🇹 Export departures from Milan to Hilden
🇩🇪 Import service from Hilden to Milan
🚛 Two weekly connections in both directions

International trade is increasingly connected to environmental responsibility.

Since January 2026, the European Union’s Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism (CBAM) has entered its definitive phase.

The mechanism concerns the import into the EU of specific carbon-intensive goods, including cement, iron and steel, aluminium, fertilisers, electricity and hydrogen. Its objective is to assign a fair price to the carbon emissions generated during their production and encourage cleaner industrial processes beyond European borders.

This development confirms that international logistics is evolving: alongside speed, reliability and efficiency, companies are increasingly called upon to consider regulatory compliance and sustainability across their supply chains.

Becosped has acquired a 30% stake in FIL TRANSPORT, a Lyon-based company, further strengthening its presence in one of the most important markets for European logistics.

Lyon is a strategic hub for both the French market and European logistics flows.
Increasing our presence in this area allows us to further consolidate our network, enhance our operational capabilities on the ground, and continue delivering efficient and integrated transport solutions.
