ফ্লাইটে পাওয়ার ব্যাংক ব্যবহারে এমিরেটসের বিধিনিষেধ
১ অক্টোবর থেকে এমিরেটস তাদের সব ফ্লাইটে পাওয়ার ব্যাংক ব্যবহারে কড়াকড়ি আরোপ করছে।
• যাত্রীরা কেবল একটি পাওয়ার ব্যাংক সঙ্গে নিতে পারবেন, তবে তা দিয়ে ফ্লাইট চলাকালীন অন্য কোনো ডিভাইস চার্জ করা যাবে না, কিংবা বিমানের পাওয়ার সোর্স ব্যবহার করে সেটি রিচার্জ করাও যাবে না।
• ফ্লাইটে সব ধরনের পাওয়ার ব্যাংক ব্যবহার নিষিদ্ধ হবে।
• পাওয়ার ব্যাংকের ক্ষমতা সর্বোচ্চ ১০০ ওয়াট-আওয়ার হতে হবে এবং তার গায়ে স্পষ্টভাবে ক্যাপাসিটি রেটিং লেখা থাকতে হবে।
• পাওয়ার ব্যাংক সিটের ওপরের বিনে রাখা যাবে না; আসনের নিচে অথবা সিট পকেটে হাতব্যাগের মধ্যে রাখতে হবে।
• চেকড লাগেজে পাওয়ার ব্যাংক রাখা সম্পূর্ণ নিষিদ্ধ।
এমিরেটস জানায়, ব্যাপক পর্যালোচনা ও গবেষণার পর যাত্রীদের নিরাপত্তা এবং লিথিয়াম ব্যাটারি সংক্রান্ত ঝুঁকি কমাতে এই সিদ্ধান্ত নেওয়া হয়েছে। সাম্প্রতিক বছরগুলোতে বিশ্বজুড়ে ফ্লাইটে লিথিয়াম ব্যাটারি–সংক্রান্ত দুর্ঘটনার সংখ্যা বেড়ে যাওয়ায় এই কড়াকড়ি আরোপ করা হচ্ছে।

🚨 New U.S. Visa Interview Waiver Rules Go Effective 10/01/2025 🇺🇸

The U.S. Department of State announced important changes: Effective October 1, all nonimmigrant visa applicants (including those under 14 and over 79) will be required to undergo an in-person interview with a consular officer.

✅ Who can still be exempt from an interview?
• Diplomatic and official visas (A, C-3, G, NATO, TECRO E-1)
• Renewal of B1/B2 visa within 12 months of expiration, with previous full validity and minimum age of 18 years at issue
• H-2A visa renewal, under the same conditions as above

⚠️ Additional conditions for exemption:
• Apply in the country of nationality or habitual residence (except diplomatic and certain official visas)
• Never have been denied a visa (unless overcome or waived)
• Do not have apparent or potential ineligibilities

🔎 Even in cases of exemption, the consulate may request a face-to-face interview at the discretion of the agent.

ইউরোপীয় ইউনিয়ন (Schengen দেশগুলো) Entry/Exit System (EES) চালু করতে যাচ্ছে।
শুরু হবে ১২ অক্টোবর ২০২৫ থেকে, ধাপে ধাপে --- সব বাহিরের সীমান্ত পয়েন্টে পুরোপুরি কাজ করবে ১০ এপ্রিল ২০২৬ এর মধ্যে।
যারা EU-র বাইরে, যারা স্বল্প মেয়াদে ভ্রমণ করবেন (সংক্ষেপে ৯০ দিনের মধ্যে), তাদের EES-এর আওতায় পড়বে।
EES এর মাধ্যমে যেসব ডেটা সংগ্রহ করা হবে তার মধ্যে আছে: পাসপোর্ট/ভ্রমণপত্রের তথ্য, যাতায়াতের তারিখ ও স্থান, মুখের ছবি এবং আঙুলের ছাপ (৪টি ফিঙ্গারপ্রিন্ট) ইত্যাদি।

যেসব প্রার্থী "Nulla Osta" পেয়েছেন কিন্তু এখনো ওয়ার্ক ভিসার জন্য আবেদন করেননি, তাদের জন্য পরামর্শ-

বাংলাদেশী নাগরিকদের জন্যে ইতালির প্রাদেশিক অভিবাসন কার্যালয়গুলো কর্তৃক মোট ৯৪৪টি Nulla Osta অনুমোদিত হয়েছে, যারা এখনো সংশ্লিষ্ট ওয়ার্ক ভিসার জন্য আবেদন করেননি এবং যাদের সঙ্গে দূতাবাসের যোগাযোগ করার প্রয়োজনীয় মাধ্যম (ফোন নাম্বার, ইমেইল আইডি) নেই।

প্রথম ধাপের ৪৭২টি অনুমোদিত Nulla Osta কোড ভিএফএস গ্লোবালের ওয়েবসাইটে প্রকাশ করা হয়েছে। এসব কোড প্রাদেশিক অফিস (Sportello Unico Immigrazione - SUI) অনুযায়ী বর্ণানুক্রমিকভাবে তালিকাভুক্ত করা হয়েছে। এ ধরনের Nulla Osta-এর অধিকারীদের আগামী মঙ্গলবার, ১৬ সেপ্টেম্বর তারিখে VFS Global এর যেকোনো ভিসা অ্যাপ্লিকেশন সেন্টারে (ঢাকা, চট্টগ্রাম এবং সিলেট) সরাসরি উপস্থিত থেকে ওয়ার্ক ভিসার জন্য আবেদন করতে অনুরোধ করা হচ্ছে।

ভিএফএস আবেদনকারীদের ওয়াক-ইন পদ্ধতিতে (পূর্বনির্ধারিত অ্যাপয়েন্টমেন্ট ছাড়া) আবেদন গ্রহণ করবে, তবে শর্ত হচ্ছে- Nulla Osta কোডের সঙ্গে আবেদনকারীদের পরিচয়পত্রে দেয়া তথ্যের মিল থাকতে হবে। দ্বিতীয় ধাপের তালিকা আগামী সোমবার প্রকাশ করা হবে এবং এর ভিত্তিতে মঙ্গলবার, ২৩শে সেপ্টেম্বর তারিখে পরবর্তী ওয়াক-ইন আবেদন পদ্ধতি অনুষ্ঠিত হবে

অন্যদিকে, যেসব আবেদনকারীদের কাছে ২০২৫ তারিখযুক্ত নতুন অনুমোদিত Nulla Osta রয়েছে, তারা বিকল্প হিসেবে নিম্নলিখিত লিঙ্কের মাধ্যমে নিবন্ধন করতে পারবেন: https://vfseu.mioot.com/forms/ITABDE/। এক্ষেত্রে ভিএফএস যত দ্রুত সম্ভব তাদের জন্য অ্যাপয়েন্টমেন্টের ব্যবস্থা করবে।
