✍LIFE Conceptu Maris si avvia alla conclusione, che sarà celebrata con un 𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐨 𝐟𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐥𝐞 𝐚 𝐑𝐨𝐦𝐚 articolato in due giornate, una tecnica e una divulgativa, dedicate alla presentazione dei principali risultati ottenuti in quattro anni di attività.

✅La prima giornata, in programma il 𝟐𝟓 𝐧𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐫𝐞 presso il MASE (Via Capitan Bavastro, 174), sarà rivolta alla 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐚̀ 𝐭𝐞𝐜𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐨-𝐬𝐜𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚, ai membri dell’Advisory Board del comparto marittimo e alla rete di progetti e realtà con cui LIFE Conceptu Maris ha collaborato nel corso degli anni.

✅La seconda giornata, il 𝟐𝟔 𝐧𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐫𝐞 al Teatro Palladium (Piazza Bartolomeo Romano, 8), sarà invece un 𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐨 𝐩𝐮𝐛𝐛𝐥𝐢𝐜𝐨 𝐝𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐨 𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐚 𝐝𝐢𝐯𝐮𝐥𝐠𝐚𝐳𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐞: si parlerà delle scoperte del progetto, della sua eredità, delle attività di citizen science e del concorso fotografico, coinvolgendo direttamente i protagonisti.

LIFE Conceptu Maris is coming to a close, with a final event in Rome that will span two days – one technical and one outreach-oriented – dedicated to presenting the main results achieved over four years of activity.
The first day, scheduled for November 25 at the MASE (Via Capitan Bavastro, 174), will be addressed to the scientific and technical community, members of the Maritime Advisory Board, and the network of projects and organizations that have collaborated with LIFE Conceptu Maris over the years.
The second day, November 26 at the Teatro Palladium (Piazza Bartolomeo Romano, 8), will be a public event focused on outreach: it will present the project’s discoveries, its legacy, and the citizen science and photo contest activities, directly involving the participants themselves.

Un incontro speciale a Milano in Università degli Studi di Milano-Bicocca per scoprire le ultime novità di LIFE Conceptu Maris. Si parlerà dei 𝐫𝐢𝐬𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢 𝐝𝐞𝐥 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐞𝐭𝐭𝐨 e delle ricerche avanzate con il 𝐃𝐍𝐀 𝐚𝐦𝐛𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐥𝐞 (𝐞𝐃𝐍𝐀) per decifrare la vita nascosta dei mari.

Dal 2014, Gaia Research Institute porta avanti, in collaborazione con Università degli Studi di Torino, Grimaldi Lines e Minoan Lines S.A., il monitoraggio della mega fauna marina e del floating marine macro litter da traghetto sulla tratta Ancona - Igoumenitsa - Patrasso come partner del Fixed Line Transect Mediterranean monitoring Network (FLT Med Net) coordinato da Ispra - Istituto Superiore per la Protezione e la Ricerca Ambientale, e dal 2022 come membro dell'Advisory Board del progetto LIFE Conceptu Maris.

🇬🇧 Since 2014, Gaia Research Institute has been conducting, in collaboration with Università degli Studi di Torino, Grimaldi Lines and Minoan Lines S.A., the monitoring of marine megafauna and floating marine macro litter from ferries along the Ancona – Igoumenitsa – Patras route, as a partner of the Fixed Line Transect Mediterranean monitoring Network (FLT Med Net) coordinated by Ispra - Istituto Superiore per la Protezione e la Ricerca Ambientale, and since 2022, also as a member of the Advisory Board of the LIFE Conceptu Maris project.
