Prepare to sweat!

The Roman heat is no joke, even if your come from somewhere hot like Florida or Texas. There is weak or limited AC and the humidity + cobblestones = 🥵

Be strategic when planning your days. Get out there early and then relax during the hottest part of the day before heading back out in the late afternoon/early evening.

Jokes aside, I see tourists daily making dangerous decisions that could actually cause bodily harm. Be careful! Be safe! Enjoy your trip to Rome without a tour of a local hospital.
