In end-of-line operations, value does not come from a single machine alone, but from how technologies work together in a smooth and efficient way.

In this video, we showcase two integrated elements of the line: the DRON wrap-around machine and a collaborative cell featuring GoFa by ABB Robotics.
Two solutions designed to communicate with each other and adapt to different production needs, with quick format changeovers, flexible flow management and operational continuity.

The goal is to create an integrated and flexible end-of-line system capable of simplifying operations and improving the efficiency of the entire process, from product output to palletising.

From 9 to 11 June, DM Pack will be exhibiting at IFSA Tunisia in Tunis together with our local partner, Global.

This participation marks an important step in the collaboration we are developing within the Tunisian market, with a clear objective: providing reliable packaging solutions and concrete technical support directly on the local territory.

During the exhibition, we will present TRON COMPACT, the compact palletiser developed by DM Pack to combine simplicity, flexibility and operational efficiency.

In the milling industry, packaging is also evolving to meet increasingly practical needs related to efficiency, end-of-line management and packaging optimisation.

In this project, the transition from traditional shrink film bundling to a wrap around solution represents a different approach to handling flour-based products.

Behind this choice is a system that connects packaging and palletising within a single workflow, with the aim of simplifying operations and ensuring production continuity.

Choosing carton packaging over plastic film also reflects a growing focus on the materials used and on the changing requirements of industrial packaging.

Today, automation in packaging is mainly about this: creating integrated and reliable processes that can adapt to the real needs of production.

Interpack 2026 has come to an end, and we would like to say thank you to everyone who stopped by our stand during these intense and inspiring days.
