Oltre.
Non è un nome, è una direzione.
Oltre è un Fiano che nasce seguendo un metodo antico, quello georgiano in qvevri.
Dove il vino non si controlla, si accompagna.
Dove il tempo non si misura, si rispetta.
Ma Oltre è anche un segno e colore rosso: Aka (赤).
In Giappone è energia, è protezione, è ciò che è chiaro, evidente, vivo.
È il colore dei portali che segnano un passaggio.
E questo vino, per noi, è proprio questo: un passaggio.
Un ponte tra dove siamo partiti e dove stiamo andando.
Una dedica a un luogo lontano che oggi sentiamo vicino.

Beyond is a Fiano born following an ancient method, the Georgian qvevri.
Where wine is not controlled, but guided.
Where time is not measured, but respected.
But Beyond is also a sign, and a color: red — Aka (赤).
In Japan, it stands for energy, protection, clarity, life.
It is the color of the torii gates that mark a passage.
And for us, this wine is exactly that: a passage.
A bridge between where we started and where we are going.
A tribute to a place far away that now feels close.
