Our customer needed a flexible solution capable of packing cans in different formats while handling both single-layer and double-layer configurations.

🎯 𝗢𝘂𝗿 𝗮𝗻𝘀𝘄𝗲𝗿?
A custom-designed machine capable of producing four packaging configurations — 6x4, 4x4, 4x3 and 3x2 — using film-only, pad + film, or tray + film solutions.

Thanks to its dedicated stacking system, it also handles double-layer configurations with precision, achieving an output of more than 30 packs per minute.

We developed a tailor-made shrink wrapper designed to pack cans in different formats and handle both single-layer and double-layer configurations.

📦 The machine produces four pack configurations 6x4, 4x4, 4x3 and 3x2 using film only, pad film, or tray film solutions. Thanks to a dedicated stacking system, it can also handle double-layer packs with precision, reaching an output of more than 30 packs per minute. 🚀
