PUBLIC SERVICE ADVISORY: Normal Operations at NMIA

PAC Kingston Airport Limited wishes to advise the public that power has been fully restored to the Immigration and Customs processing areas at Norman Manley International Airport (NMIA), following a brief disruption earlier this evening.

Passenger processing is underway, and airport services, including baggage handling and delivery, are returning to normal operations. All other airport areas and flight operations remained unaffected throughout.

We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience and extend our heartfelt gratitude to all passengers, stakeholders, and airport users for their patience and cooperation whilst our teams resolved the matter.

PAC Kingston Airport Limited (PACKAL) invites qualified and experienced event décor and holiday design firms to submit proposals for the Christmas Décor Project 2026 at the Norman Manley International Airport (NMIA).

We are seeking dynamic teams specialising in large-scale holiday styling, design, fabrication, installation, and project management.

Important Project Dates:
• Deadline for Expression of Interest: Thursday, August 20, 2026 | 4:00 PM
• Site Visit: Friday, August 28, 2026
• Proposal Submission Deadline: Friday, September 11, 2026
• Installation Date: Friday, November 20, 2026

Eligibility Requirement:
