When Almas Water مياه ألماس Factory for bottled water needed reliable level measurement of their clear water wells, they turned to ITank Level monitoring system. Almas Water مياه ألماس factory located in Mobas, Jordan and their production capacity exceeds 100 million bottles per year.
Filtered drinking water is temporarily stored in two underground wells, prior to the water being pumped into the distribution system. The wells are dank, underground vaults that cycle humidity with narrow gates.
Plant operators complained that the existing level measuring devices installed can only give an indication of volume, percentage wise and not by liters, and doesn’t provide detailed reports of filling, consumption, nor give a streaming, remote, and recorded live data. For these reasons, iTank suggested the use of its non-contact pressure sensors that gives an accurate, remote, streaming level reading in order for Almas factory to keep monitoring the levels of their water wells and keep a record of every single drop of water.
