ining VSAT frequency licenses and equipment type approval from the Jordanian Regulatory Commission, TRC on behalf of the Client., VSAT installation, VSAT maintenance, and Ad-hoc technical support services.
1. VSAT License consultancy & administration Services:
We provide a consultancy in obtaining VSAT frequency licenses from the Jordanian Regulatory Commission, TRC. Our role shall include completing and submitting any relevant license application forms, providing any supporting information or clarifications required by the regulator and monitoring the license application process, and finally to ensure that VSAT and/or satellite earth station will be installed and operate in legal wise in the territory of Jordan.
2. VSAT Equipment Type Approval and Acceptance Services
We provide assistance in obtaining VSAT and related equipment type approval from the relevant Jordanian Regulatory Commission, TRC, Our role shall include completing and submitting all relevant administrative forms, providing any supporting information or clarifications required by the regulator and monitoring the type acceptance and approval process.
3. VSAT Installation Services
We provide VSAT installation services at Client’s locations, VSAT installation services shall cover some all of the following activities based on the type of terminal being installed:
* Site Survey
* Antenna foundation construction.
* Antenna assembly and installation.
* ODU / BUC installation.
* IDU installation.
* IFL conduit, cabling and termination
* IP network equipment installation
* UPS and back-up power system installation
* Configuration, testing, commissioning and Client acceptance of the complete VSAT and/or satellite earth station and all of its elements.
4. VSAT Maintenance Services
We have sufficient qualified and experienced staff for the efficient accomplishment of the maintenance services, conforming to industry best practices and as prescribed of local regulations. We provide VSAT maintenance services comprise of periodic preventative maintenance (Scheduled Maintenance) and unplanned maintenance (Unscheduled Maintenance) to resolve faults or to apply changes to the Services as may be required by the Client. The preventative maintenance procedure shall incorporate the inspection steps required to confirm that VSAT hardware and software configurations are correct. The Unscheduled maintenance we provide is to resolve a fault with, or to apply a configuration change to the VSAT services
5. Ad-hoc technical support services
From the time to time and upon requirements of our client we provide technical support on an ad-hoc basis in support of a project or Client’s operations in Jordan. This support may cover several functional responsibility areas including; logistics support, field engineering support, project management or other areas.
